Over the last
two decades Gurgaon has emerged as one of the fastest growing cities of the
country. I was wondering about making some investments in property within real
estate, when a property developer advised me to invest in new projects in
Gurgaon.
Well known real
estate developers like Raheja developers Gurgaon, Sobha Developers Gurgaon and PuriConstructions Gurgaon are coming up with luxurious investments in areas
like National Highway 8 and Golf Course Extension Road.
So I collected
details about the existing market rates of property in these areas and planned
a budget for my investment.
I invested in an
apartment developed by Emaar MGF Gurgaon
which was connected by a network of roads to major schools, offices and
commercial establishments of Gurgaon. Now I am earning a good sum by leasing
out the property.
With market
values on the rise, the price of apartments in Gurgaon is going to rise in a
few years time. Investing here at present is a smart business decision. The market
values of properties here are one of the highest in India at present.
